All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 7 business days. If ship time is longer then the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge.

Canadian & International Orders:


Canadian orders have a transit time of 7- 10 days.  A shipping surcharge of $20.00 applies. groovygiftsandmoe.com is not responsible for tariffs for additional taxes imposed by Canada.

 

Upgraded Shipping & International Pricing:

 

Ground Shipping to Canada $20.00 Surcharge

Ground Shipping to UK $50.00

Ground Shipping to Australia $65.00

Shipping to Hawaii is an additional charge of $19.00

Upgrade to Next Day Delivery  $30.00 ~Please note this doesn't speed up production time only the shipping time.

International Shipping Times:

 

Standard: 7-10 business days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. Return Policy

 

 

We are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Please e-mail us info@groovygiftsandmore.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

 

Groovy Gifts and More asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

 

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

 

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: Monogrammed products.

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
